Shipping Policy

At Phil’s Books, we strive to make shipping simple and predictable. This is how we handle every order:

1. Order Processing
All orders are prepared within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed.
Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Orders received after 4:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Paperback orders ship via USPS or similar U.S. carrier.
Most packages arrive in 1–6 business days after being shipped.
We always offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
Ebooks are delivered immediately to the email provided at checkout.

Additional Notes
Holiday periods, severe weather conditions, and carrier delays may affect delivery times.
We have no control over carrier-related delays once the package is handed off.

3. Tracking Information
Once a paperback order has shipped, we will e-mail you a tracking number so you can track delivery progress online.

4. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all U.S. addresses, including those at PO Box, APO, and FPO locations.
Currently, we do not ship internationally.

5. Delivery Issues
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you cannot find your package:

  • Look around, ask your neighbors, check your mailbox.
  • Please contact us within 7 business days so we can assist in investigating the matter.

6. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address when completing your checkout.
Packages returned due to address errors may incur a reshipping fee.
