Shipping Policy

At Phil’s Books, we want shipping to be simple and predictable. Here’s how we handle every order:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are prepared within 0–1 business day after payment is confirmed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Paperback orders ship using USPS or a comparable U.S. carrier.
  • Most packages arrive within 1–6 business days after shipment.
  • Shipping is always free on all domestic orders.
  • Ebooks are delivered instantly to the email you provide at checkout.

Additional Notes

  • Holiday periods, severe weather, and carrier delays may increase transit times.
  • We cannot control carrier-related delays once the package is handed off.

3. Tracking Information

Once a paperback order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow delivery progress online.

4. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship to all U.S. addresses, including PO Box, APO, and FPO locations.
  • International shipping is not available right now.

5. Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your package is missing, please:

  • Check surrounding areas, neighbors, or your mailbox.
  • Contact us within 7 business days so we can help investigate.

6. Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address during checkout.
Packages returned due to address errors may require a reshipping fee.
