Return & Refund Policy

If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original, unused condition — no markings, damage, or wear.
  • Any included inserts or supplemental materials must be returned with the book.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Ebooks are not returnable once delivered unless:

  • You received the wrong file or edition
  • The file cannot be opened or is corrupted
  • A duplicate order was made accidentally

3. How to Start a Return

Please contact us before mailing anything back:

We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defective book), we pay for return shipping.
  • If returning due to personal preference (wrong book ordered, no longer needed), you cover the return shipping cost.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

If you need a different edition or title, contact us within 30 days and we will help arrange an exchange.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any related shipping costs.
