1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Items should be in original, unused condition—no markings, damage, or wear.
Any inserts or supplemental materials are to be returned with the book.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
eBooks are not returnable once delivered except:
- You received the wrong file or edition.
- The file cannot be opened or is corrupted.
- A duplicate order was placed accidentally.

Unauthorized returns might be delayed or rejected.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the problem is ours—incorrect item, defective book—we will pay the return postage.
If returning for personal preference (wrong book ordered, no longer needed), you pay for return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 3 business days following our receipt and inspection of the return.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
6. Exchanges
If you need a different edition/title, please contact us within 30 days and we will assist in arranging an exchange.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Inform us within 7 days
- We will send a replacement or provide a full refund including any associated shipping costs.
